Collection
Customer collection from Epic Pizza & Pasta is available free of charge during the pickup hours shown on our ordering website.
Delivery
Delivery is fulfilled using Grab or Bolt. Delivery cost is calculated using distance data and an algorithm intended to approximate the delivery service fee without an intended markup. Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by traffic, weather, demand, and driver availability.
Payment
Secure online payments are available through our ordering website. Card payments include the disclosed processing adjustment. PromptPay is available at no additional cost. Prices and applicable charges are shown before payment is confirmed.
Order changes and cancellations
Please contact us immediately if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Orders may be canceled only before preparation begins. Once preparation or delivery has started, an order cannot be canceled or refunded except as provided in our Refund Policy.
Order issues
Report missing, incorrect, damaged, or improperly prepared items within 60 minutes of delivery or pickup. Include the order number and details so we can investigate and make the issue right.
