Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Epic Pizza & Pasta website or place an order through our direct ordering platform. By completing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to the price, items, fulfillment method, and charges displayed before payment.

Menu, pricing, and availability

Menu items, ingredients, prices, promotions, and availability may change. Photographs are representative; handmade food may vary slightly in appearance. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or appropriate refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the restaurant begins processing it. We may decline or cancel an order because of availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any payment collected for an order we cancel will be returned through the applicable payment method.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or serious dietary restriction. Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, seafood, pork, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free preparation environment.

Cancellation, delivery, and refunds

Cancellations are possible only before preparation begins. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Refunds and resolutions for order issues are governed by our Merchant Policies and Refund Policy.

Website use

Website content, branding, photographs, and menu materials belong to Epic Pizza & Pasta or are used with permission. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
