Chef Noon is an exceptionally skilled culinary professional, known for strong leadership, refined technique, and meticulous attention to detail. Her cooking reflects both precision and passion, helping ensure consistency and excellence during every service.
A journey through renowned kitchens
Chef Noon brings experience from some of Bangkok’s most respected kitchens, including Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok and Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom.
After stepping away from corporate hospitality, she continued refining her craft at the well-known Nonthaburi restaurant Tanwa: The Food Project, where she also successfully developed and launched new menu items.
