We’re incredibly proud to officially introduce the newest leader of our kitchen — Chef Noon, our new Head Chef at Epic Pizza & Pasta. 

Chef Noon is an exceptionally skilled culinary professional, widely recognized for her strong leadership, refined technique, and meticulous attention to detail in every dish that leaves the kitchen. Her cooking reflects both precision and passion, ensuring consistency and excellence in every service. 

A Journey Through Renowned Kitchens 

Chef Noon brings with her a wealth of experience from some of Bangkok’s most respected kitchens, including Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok and Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom. After stepping away from corporate hospitality, she continued to refine her craft at the well-known Nonthaburi restaurant Tanwa: The Food Project, where she also had the opportunity to successfully develop and launch new menu items. 

Growing With Epic Pizza & Pasta 

Chef Noon has been with Epic Pizza & Pasta since nearly the very beginning of our journey. Throughout this time, she has played a key role in maintaining the high standards of cooking that our guests have come to expect and love.

With her deep understanding of our food, our systems, and our vision, Chef Noon embodies everything we value in our kitchen.
